This policy describes how Ulterius LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information across waas.ulterius.dev and the demo sites we host. Plain language version: we collect very little, and we never sell anything to anyone.

2. Information we collect

Business information published on demo sites — names, addresses, phone numbers, and publicly visible reviews — is sourced from publicly available listings such as Google Maps. No personal information about end users is collected by these demo sites.

When you contact us by email, we retain the message and your address for the purpose of responding and keeping a record of the conversation.

3. Cookies and analytics

waas.ulterius.dev does not set tracking cookies. We do not use analytics, ad networks, or third-party trackers on this storefront or on any demo site we publish.

4. How we use information

We use contact information solely to respond to inquiries about our service. Business information on demo sites is used only to illustrate what a finished website might look like for that business.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Limited service providers (for example, our hosting provider Cloudflare) process data only as required to deliver the service.

6. Removal requests

Business owners may request the removal of any demo site or related content at any time. Email waas@ulterius.dev and we will take the page down within two business days.

7. Security

All sites are served over HTTPS. We follow reasonable industry practices for credential management and access control, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

Our service is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
